Dennis Flannery Former Vice-President of Inter-American evelopment Bank.

Dennis E. Flannery, an international banker, has held senior financial positions in both the public and private sectors over the course of his career and maintains a broad network of contacts among senior government officials and banking executives around the World.

Mr. Flannery currently serves as Managing Director and Country Head for Iraq for Citibank, NA, where he is charged with supporting the bank's entry into the financial services sector in Iraq. Previously, he served with the U.S. Treasury Department as Financial Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad with responsiblity for coordinating the Treasury Department's technical assistance efforts in Iraq, engaging in efforts to combat the financing of terrorism and advising senior officials of the Iraqi Government on international financial matters.

Eduardo Stein- Former Vice-president of Guatemala

Dr. Eduardo Stein Barillas (born 20 October 1945) is a Guatemalan diplomat. He was the Vice President of Guatemala, serving a concurrent four-year mandate with that of President Óscar Berger, from 14 January 2004 to 14 January 2008.

Prior to his election, he had held a number of positions with the International Organization for Migration, the United Nations Development Programme, and the Organization of American States. He also served as foreign minister under President Álvaro Arzú (1996–2000).

Eduardo Frei - Former President of Chile

Eduardo Alfredo Juan Bernardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle (born June 24, 1942) is a Chilean politician and civil engineer who was President of Chile from 1994 to 2000. He is currently Senator for Los Ríos and was President of the Senate from 2006 to 2008. He attempted a comeback as the candidate of the ruling Concertación coalition for the 2009 presidential election, but was narrowly defeated. His father was Eduardo Frei Montalva who was President of Chile from 1964 to 1970.

Antonio Saca - Former President of El Salvador

Elías Antonio Saca Gonzalez (Usulutan, El Salvador, March 9, 1965) is a Salvadoran politician and businessman of Palestinian origin. He was elected President of El Salvador on March 21 of 20041 for the term period from June 1, 2004 and June 1, 2009.

Andrés Pastrana - Former President of Colombia

Andrés Pastrana Arango is a Colombian politician. He served as President from 1998 to 2002. He is the son of former President Misael Pastrana Borrero, who ruled the country from 1970 to 1974. Pastrana Arango graduated in law from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá and extended studies in international law at the University American Harvard. In 1988 he became the first mayor of Bogotá elected by popular vote; in 1990 he founded the New Democratic Force movement, conservative ideology, for which he was elected senator.
